Why Homeowners Convert Their Tub to a Shower
A tub you rarely use takes up a lot of room. A shower is easier to step into, quicker to clean, and can make the whole bathroom work better.
Easier to get in and out – There is no tub wall to step over, which matters more as the years go by.
More useful space – You trade a bath you rarely use for a shower you use every day.
Quicker to clean – One open shower space is faster to wipe down than a tub with a curtain.
Done fast – Most conversions take 1 to 2 days, so you are not living with a torn-up bathroom for long.
